Nightmare Spoken Poem

tells about a horrible nightmare that left me cold and scared.
We all have been through nights that are really peaceful and relaxing where you get your well-deserved share of rest and sleep and where you get up the next morning strengthened and bursting with energy.
And then there are those nights where you’re not able to get any sleep and where you have worries and these get stronger during the night and everything looks glum and dark and they become worse with every passing hour and your negative thoughts work at full power.
But then there are those nights that are different.
Those are the ones that seem to have their own mindset, they’re willful and mean and they catch you totally off-guard – they sort of come to life and they’ll send you a dream where you’ll find yourself being thrown into some kind of bad movie.
This is exactly what Nightmare Spoken Poem is talking about, one of those really terrifying sleep experiences I went through … and believe me, it felt absolutely real.
