Autumn Magic Poem

Autumn Magic Poem

One of the most beautiful times of year to me is Autumn, the golden season.
I could give a thousand reasons for this choice of mine, but in Autumn Magic Poem, I’ll stick to only a few which are enough to definitely make me a child of Autumn.
The season that precedes Winter comes in a garb of charm and magic.
It gently touches the world and turns it into an enchanted place, a world that sheds its dress of blue and green and transforms it into a realm of golden beauty.
Autumn touches our hearts with warmth and tenderness to prepare us for the icy face of Winter.

The Season of Red and Brown

Tell me, what magic can autumn bring?
Oh, I’ll tell you … simply everything!

From the falling leaves in red and brown
to the skies that sometimes frown.
From the cool, yet gentle, air
to the winds that sometimes blare.

From the mornings that now come late
to tell you of summer’s nearing fate.

From the light that starts to dim
to let you know it’s all a whim.

From the birds that start to leave
and the cozy thoughts you will conceive.

Oh, what more words can I say or sing?

I’ve told you … simply everything!
